Prices quoted are per apartment and include all local taxes, bedding and towels and electricity.
The minimum stay is 3 nights at the above rates.
An end of stay cleaning fee of $65 plus tax (13%) will be charged by the resort on departure regardless of your length of stay.
If your requirement spans more than one band then a prorated rate should be used.
Reservations
Please e-mail or telephone us for availability and provisional bookings. We have a “Reservation Form” which we ask you to complete to secure your reservation.
Sterling cheques are our preferred method of payment, however, we will accept PayPal (click on the logo above to learn about or pay using PayPal) with prior agreement. US dollar bank transfers can also be made to our US bank account.

Terms and Conditions
A 20% deposit is required at the time of your booking with the balance 4 weeks prior to your arrival. The rates quoted above are inclusive of all taxes, bedding and towels, electricity and use of all facilities at the Resort.
After your reservation payment has been received written confirmation will be sent back to you.
Cancellations received no later than 90 days prior to your arrival will be entitled to a 100% refund less any costs incurred. Cancellations received 30-90 days prior to your arrival will be entitled to a 50% refund less any costs incurred. All cancellations received within 30 days of your arrival or your “No-show’” will forfeit 100% of the rental fee paid so far.
Check-in time is normally 4:00PM, with a check-out time of 10:00AM. These times allow housekeeping to clean the apartment ready for our next guest.
A credit card imprint will be taken at the time of your check-in at the Resort to cover any damage charges, telephone calls and other incidentals. The credit card holder must be the primary guest on the Reservation Form.
We do not accept any liability for injury, damage or loss caused by any reason or for any claim made as a result of this booking and/or your subsequent holiday. This waiver applies to all guests included on the Reservation Form and to any person visiting the property as your guest.
Other Services
• Telephone Calls: our apartment has a telephone. Telephone calls within the Resort are FREE, however, other calls not made on a calling card will be charged to you. A copy of the charge rates can be found in the apartment.
• Internet Access: our apartment has FREE wired internet access supported by the resort. Instructions for use are available from the reception desk. In addition, our apartment has FREE wireless internet access - the same instructions for use apply.
• Transport to the Theme Parks: Caribe Cove operates a transport service to Disney, Seaworld and Universal. The shuttle must be booked with Reception 24 hours in advance. If used, the fare will be added to your bill to be paid on your departure.
• Entry to Premises: authorised employees or repairmen may enter the premises during business hours for any purpose connected with the repair, improvement, care, and management of the premises. The guests permission will be sought prior to entry, however, such permission must be granted.
